Contract RevOps Strategist (HubSpot)
Our client, a fast-growing, revenue operations consultancy known for helping scaling companies modernize how they generate, track, and retain revenue, is seeking a Contract RevOps Strategist. The team partners closely with marketing, sales, and service leaders to design HubSpot-powered systems that actually work in the real world—not just on paper. As the HubSpot RevOps Strategist, you’ll sit at the center of client strategy and execution, owning high-impact implementations across the full customer lifecycle while working with a highly experienced, delivery-focused team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead client-facing RevOps strategy and HubSpot implementations across all Hubs

Translate go-to-market goals into scalable HubSpot configurations, automations, integrations, and data models

Map and optimize lead routing, lifecycle stages, nurturing, pipeline, and retention workflows

Build clear reporting frameworks that improve visibility into funnel performance and revenue outcomes

Own projects end-to-end: scope, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination

Manage onboarding, ongoing client communication, and delivery milestones

Deliver HubSpot training and enablement to drive adoption and long-term success

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of HubSpot implementation or administration experience in an agency or consulting environment
