What You’ll Do:

  • Own day-to-day project operations across strategy, identity, and brand transformation workstreams
  • Create and manage timelines, schedules, and team workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with client teams, internal strategists, creatives, and external partners
  • Serve as the central hub ensuring alignment, delivery, and momentum on key initiatives
  • Partner with senior leadership on budget tracking, resource planning, and team morale
  • Act as the client’s go-to for all operational aspects of the engagement

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in project/account management in a fast-paced, creative or strategic environment
  • Strong communicator with experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable owning end-to-end project cycles
  • Understanding of brand strategy, creative processes, and marketing operations
  • Positive, collaborative, calm under pressure—and excited to be part of something purpose-driven
