Leveraging AI to streamline workflows for over 1.4 million professional photographers in 40+ countries, they are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their team and drive the success of their flagship platform. This person will be part of a small team working on end to end product marketing strategy for the B2B SaaS component of the business, helping to develop messaging, positioning and working closely with the target audience and customer base to gather insights and feedback. This person should be passionate about the potential of social media and be comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment.
This is a fully onsite role in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities:

Develop and refine compelling product positioning and messaging for the platform's diverse suite of ~10 product applications and bundled offerings.

Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across all channels.

Create engaging and informative marketing content across various formats including website copy, video scripts, tutorials, and creative assets.

Develop enablement materials for various channels such as email, social media, blog posts, and product onboarding flows to maximize user engagement.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication with Product, Design, Analytics, and Customer Support teams to ensure a unified product and customer experience.

Design and execute educational initiatives like webinars, demonstrations, and events to boost product awareness and adoption.

Conduct thorough customer research and interviews to gain insights that will shape product messaging and future product development.

Analyze product and marketing performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve key metrics such as trial starts, engagement rates, and customer retention.

Proactively influence the product roadmap by providing data-backed customer feedback and usage insights.

Collaborate with the Product and Content teams to support and optimize the platform's SEO strategy.
Requirements:

3-5 years of product marketing experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new SaaS products.

Demonstrated experience in the SaaS industry, ideally targeting micro/small businesses or prosumers.

Strong understanding of user acquisition, funnel optimization, and monetization strategies.

Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable leveraging metrics to inform decisions and measure success.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging messaging for diverse audiences.

Creative problem-solver with a bias for action and a willingness to experiment and iterate.

A genuine interest in photography, design, or the creative arts is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $80,000–$130,000.

Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
