They are looking for an Outside Sales Account Manager that will hunt for new business in the South Bay, primarily by visiting construction sites and contractor offices. What You’ll Do…
- Outside Sales & Business Development – Start your day in the field, visiting active construction sites and offices to meet decision-makers, prospecting for new business and nurturing existing relationships.
- Quickly assess construction phases to determine needs, identify opportunities, and present staffing solutions that solve real problems.
- Manage your schedule with accountability and consistency.
- Collaborate with our recruiting teams to connect qualified tradespeople with the right projects.

Territory: Redwood City to Morgan Hill
Base Salary: $75K–$100K (depending on experience)
OTE: ~$120K+ (first year, based on individual, team & company performance)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, early mornings on job sites, no overnight travel; weekly in-office visits expected
