They are seeking a creative, confident, dynamic Marketing Specialist to support multichannel marketing efforts across North America (75%) and Latin America (25%). This role will build and execute campaigns, assist in content creation, manage marketing assets, and optimize digital customer experiences. You’ll collaborate with a global team to coordinate efforts, share best practices, and achieve unified business goals while working hands-on with tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Marketing Cloud experience is a must! Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Email Marketing
- Build and launch campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (journeys, lists, landing pages) with strategic and technical support from the global team
- Support execution and performance tracking for B2B campaigns across digital, email, and social channels
- Assist in lead pre-qualification and tracking marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
Content & Digital Coordination
- Draft and publish content for newsletters, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- Coordinate with freelance writers on article creation and translation (EN/ES/PT)
- Upload and manage content on CMS platforms (e.g., Crownpeak)
Strategic Collaboration
- Support sales by managing client assets, delivering branded content, and creating sales materials in collaboration with product and design teams
- Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for industry events (e.g., Marketing Brew, IAAPA)
- Identify opportunities to promote our brand in collaboration with the US PR team
Digital Experience & Advertising
- Assist in executing paid outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, newsletter sponsorships)
- Conduct research to support advertising and content placement strategies
- Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
Brand & Asset Management
- Contribute to brand storytelling across US/LATAM markets — product launches, partnerships, milestones, executive visibility
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing assets
- Manage content approvals, waivers, and internal asset libraries
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with campaign or content responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud preferred) and Salesforce
- Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills
- Experience managing content calendars and executing multichannel campaigns
- Familiarity with brand and PR concepts in a B2B context
- Organized, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese a plus
