This elite, results-driven person will be leading their creative and advertising initiatives into the next decade of growth. This role is designed for a proven marketing strategist and media buyer who thrives on scaling campaigns, driving measurable ROI, and leading top-tier creative teams.

Responsibilities:

– Overseeing all paid media strategy and creative operations, ensuring exceptional performance across multiple platforms

– Maintaining strong Return on Ad Spend across Google Search, YouTube, and Meta, deploying data-driven strategies that translate directly into leads, conversions, and brand growth.

– Right candidate will both lead a creative team and personally execute high-level marketing decisions. 

– Oversee creative development for all marketing assets—video, copy, and design.

– Utilize AI tools for copywriting, targeting optimization, and creative testing.

– Manage and expand automations to improve lead flow and nurturing.

– Lead multiple client campaigns while prioritizing performance for a major client.

– Analyze campaign data, adjust strategies in real time, and report directly to executive leadership.

– Inspire and guide creative teams to produce world-class content that converts.

Qualifications:

– Proven success in scaling ad campaigns with measurable results.

– Deep experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.

– Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) for creative and strategic applications.

– Familiarity with Go High Level automations and CRM workflows.

– Strong leadership experience managing creative, media, and automation teams.

– Excellent grasp of marketing psychology, copywriting, and data analytics.
