Their platform empowers independent food businesses to reach nationwide audiences while delivering comfort and culinary joy to customers everywhere.
About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
- Own execution, analytics, reporting, and testing roadmaps to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Partner with internal creative teams and external creators to build high-performing, engaging ad campaigns
- Optimize campaigns through continuous management, data-driven insights, and innovative strategies
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep campaigns fresh, competitive, and scalable
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social or other paid performance channels
- Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding, creative best practices, and account structures
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance, identify trends, and present insights
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and writing strong creative briefs
- Comfort with ROI, incrementality, and A/B or holdout testing frameworks
- SQL experience is a plus
