Backed by professional spa science and the power of K-beauty innovation, their award-winning products are beloved in top salons and now quickly expanding across DTC, retail, and omnichannel. This is a unique opportunity to join a small but mighty team on an exciting growth trajectory and truly own marketing performance strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest—own audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget pacing. 

  • Manage and optimize email/SMS marketing programs (Klaviyo or similar)—including campaigns, automations, flows, and segmentation.
  • Lead setup and execution of e-commerce campaigns, including seasonal promotions, discount codes, bundles, and site merchandising across Shopify.

  • Collaborate with Creative and Web teams to brief and test performance-driven landing pages, popups, and PDP modules.

  • Develop and own a DTC marketing calendar with offers tied to retail moments, product drops, and brand activations

  • Manage multiple agency partners (e.g. e-commerce agency, paid media agencies for Google, Meta, TikTok, and others)—aligning on strategy, creative direction, testing roadmaps, and reporting.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, and retention.

  • Run A/B tests to continuously optimize creatives, copy, targeting, and email flows.

  • Work cross-functionally to support omnichannel product launches, promotional rollouts, and retail partner campaigns.

  • Contribute growth-focused input to brand campaigns, launch strategies, and influencer whitelisting or UGC amplification efforts.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in DTC, beauty, wellness, or CPG.
  • Proven expertise in paid media, attribution, and audience segmentation.
  • Shopify fluency and experience executing ecommerce promotions and lifecycle marketing.
  • Skilled in email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive) and lifecycle marketing
  • Comfortable managing agencies and internal teams toward growth KPIs.
  • Analytical thinker with strong reporting, forecasting, and A/B testing capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit—self-starter, collaborative, and excited to build.
  • Preferred: Experience with Amazon ads, influencers whitelisting or retail marketing coordination
