What You’ll Do

Provide executive support to a VP of Brand & Marketing and, initially, cover the CEO’s EA during a maternity leave.

Manage complex scheduling, travel, expenses, and inboxes for top executives.

Coordinate events, launches, and meetings; assist with talent coordination and office operations.

Handle occasional personal tasks and vendor management tied to NYC operations.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of executive or senior administrative support in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, finance, or similar).

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and learning on the fly.

NYC-based and eager to work in the office 5 days/week.
