Our client, a fast-growing consumer brand, is seeking an Ecommerce Platform Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across their digital sales channels. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this role is critical in ensuring product content is accurate, compelling, and tailored to each platform—including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Target, and emerging marketplaces. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive in identifying and solving issues, and passionate about delivering seamless online shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, images, descriptions, and metadata.

  • Merchandise and maintain Shopify product collections seasonally and strategically, including filters, shipping timelines, badges, and wholesale-specific content.

  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to source, refine, and upload product and lifestyle imagery that reflects the brand and drives conversion.

  • Ensure all product copy is clear, accurate, and customized for each platform’s requirements and best practices.

  • Proactively identify and correct errors, outdated assets, or inefficiencies across digital storefronts without waiting for direction.

  • Manage and input platform-specific attributes to improve discoverability and performance.

  • Track and coordinate Shopify website improvements with the development team to ensure timely execution.

  • Take on evolving responsibilities as the ecommerce business expands.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms; Shopify experience required. (Experience with Amazon, Walmart, or Target a plus.)

  • Prior experience in ecommerce at a consumer product brand strongly preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining consistency.

  • Collaborative communicator who can work seamlessly with design, marketing, and sales teams.

  • Passion for creating best-in-class digital merchandising and customer experiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
