What You’ll Do:

  • Design across a wide range of assets—training materials, internal decks, branded merch, digital campaigns, and more
  • Partner with Art Directors and Senior Designers to execute fresh concepts and push visual storytelling
  • Translate creative briefs into beautiful, purposeful designs aligned with brand goals
  • Maintain brand consistency while bringing innovative, trend-forward ideas
  • Present design thinking clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of design experience in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma (motion skills a plus!)
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, storytelling, and presentation design
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and the drive to produce best-in-class creative work
