Born from a 2016 garage passion project and launched into the spotlight through a successful 2018 crowdfunding campaign, this company has built a cult following around its retro-inspired, high-performance electric motorbikes. Their products blend classic motorcycle attitude with cutting-edge EV engineering — powerful, sleek machines that riders treat as both transportation and personal expression. As they continue scaling their marketing engine, they’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who can bring bold ideas to life and help shape the next era of their brand.

 

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality video content for product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling
  • Concept and design motion graphics and animations that elevate the brand’s visual identity
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (social, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Develop creative concepts, ad copy, and content strategies that drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on marketing strategy, campaign direction, and brand evolution
  • Stay ahead of emerging creative tools, marketing trends, and digital platform innovations
  • Create 3D product animations using tools such as KeyShot, Unreal Engine 5, Cinema 4D, or Blender

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, video production, or related creative roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video, motion, and digital advertising work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools
  • Experience with motion graphics/animation tools (After Effects, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of paid digital channels and performance best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Bonus: experience with 3D software (KeyShot, Unreal Engine 5, Cinema 4D, Blender)
