The Role
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new SMB clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, primarily through inbound leads. You’ll be engaging with decision-makers, leveraging consultative and solutions-oriented sales, and offering tailored solutions that meet their business needs. You will work closely with the sales team to contribute to a high-performing, results-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle from qualifying leads to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and present tailored solutions to address their needs.
  • Conduct Product demos at scale: Leverage consultative sales to present the product tailored to client needs
  • Collaborative Growth: Work alongside a CSM team to facilitate smooth handovers

  • Reporting and Forecasting: Track and manage sales activities and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record in SMB sales.

  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to close inbound, demo-based business and manage the sales cycle.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Results-Oriented: Highly motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Growth Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Compensation

  • Base salary with performance-based incentives, 90k – 110k base + OTE
