Our client is an early-stage startup building cutting-edge software for legal and compliance teams. Their platform helps organizations streamline workflows, reduce risk, and modernize how legal operations are managed. With a rapidly growing customer base and strong early traction, they’re now looking for an Account Executive to lead new business efforts and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities within law firms and corporate legal or compliance departments

  • Leverage existing relationships and networks within the legal industry to generate leads and accelerate deal flow

  • Partner closely with the founders and product team to shape go-to-market strategy and messaging

  • Deliver product demos, proposals, and presentations tailored to legal and compliance stakeholders

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handoff to customer success for onboarding and retention

  • Represent the company at relevant legal tech events, conferences, and industry gatherings

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Proven track record of full-cycle sales success with law firms or in-house legal/compliance teams

  • Strong network and existing relationships across the legal and compliance community

  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment

    Salary: $100-140k base x 2 OTE (base depending on experience)
