Our client is an early-stage startup building cutting-edge software for legal and compliance teams. Their platform helps organizations streamline workflows, reduce risk, and modernize how legal operations are managed. With a rapidly growing customer base and strong early traction, they’re now looking for an Account Executive to lead new business efforts and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close

Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities within law firms and corporate legal or compliance departments

Leverage existing relationships and networks within the legal industry to generate leads and accelerate deal flow

Partner closely with the founders and product team to shape go-to-market strategy and messaging

Deliver product demos, proposals, and presentations tailored to legal and compliance stakeholders

Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handoff to customer success for onboarding and retention

Represent the company at relevant legal tech events, conferences, and industry gatherings
Requirements

4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment

Proven track record of full-cycle sales success with law firms or in-house legal/compliance teams

Strong network and existing relationships across the legal and compliance community

Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills

Comfortable managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
Salary: $100-140k base x 2 OTE (base depending on experience)
