80Twenty is a boutique marketing recruitment agency that connects high-growth companies with exceptional go-to-market candidates.

Our client is the largest international K-pop media company in the world and they’re just getting started. They’ve spent years building deep roots in K-pop culture, an audience of 85M monthly viewers, and brand partnerships with some of the most recognized names on the planet. Now they’re making their next move and evolving into a full-service creative agency that works both directions, bringing Korean brands into the US and American brands into Korea.

The roster is real. The demand is already there. And they’re now growing the team to match it – adding an Account Manager to own the relationship between the client and the work. You would have high ownership from day one, with real room to grow as the agency scales.

What You’ll Own

You pick up where Sales leaves off. Once a deal is closed, the client relationship is yours. That means:

  • Leading end-to-end influencer campaigns across the full cycle: talent ID, briefing, contracting, content review, and performance reporting
  • Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, building relationships that stick and keeping things moving without dropped balls
  • Coordinating with talent managers, agents, and creators to align on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
  • Overseeing social media content calendars and managing approval workflows for agency clients – keeping creative on brand and on schedule
  • Cross-functional coordination across creative, strategy, and digital teams to bring campaigns from concept to execution
  • Jumping into pitches and supporting business development as the agency continues to scale
  • Tracking campaign performance and translating the data into sharp, client-facing reports that tell a clear story

You Bring

  • 3+ years at a digital, influencer, or social media agency – agency-side experience is a must!
  • You’ve run the full influencer campaign cycle, not just one piece of it
  • Fluent on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube – not just as a user, as a strategist
  • A natural relationship-builder who clients actually want to talk to
  • Calm under pressure, sharp with details, great at juggling competing priorities

Bonus points for:

  • Genuine interest in K-pop, Korean entertainment, or Gen Z culture (this one really matters)
  • Experience with influencer platforms: AspireIQ, Grin, or Creator.co
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social or Meltwater
  • Korean language skills or bicultural experience
  •

Why This Opportunity

Most agency jobs are more of the same, while this one is at an inflection point – shifting from media to full creative agency – and the people joining now will define what that looks like. It’s fast, exciting, cross-cultural, and sits at the intersection of music, brand, and the creator economy. The right person will leave a real mark here and be able to make a real impact.
