Our client, a profitable and fully remote SaaS company serving over 25,000 digital creators, coaches, and online experts, is hiring a Director of User Acquisition to lead and scale customer acquisition efforts. With $25M+ in ARR, the company operates on a product-led growth model making marketing and acquisition strategy central to its success. This is a unique opportunity to drive impact in a business where marketing owns the full customer journey.

 

Our client is looking for a performance-driven marketing leader with deep expertise in user and customer acquisition. You’ll take ownership of all top-of-funnel strategy and execution, across paid digital channels, SEO, and conversion optimization. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to shape a key growth function and lead a team of performance marketers in a high-impact environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize all user acquisition channels (paid digital, SEO, webinars, events, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive top-of-funnel traffic and increase paid conversions
  • Lead and mentor a team of ~10 marketers focused on acquisition performance
  • Test, analyze, and scale campaigns to drive measurable growth in subscribers and revenue
  • Collaborate closely with leadership (reporting directly to the CEO) to align marketing with company goals
  • Leverage a deep understanding of internet marketing and PLG/B2C dynamics to fuel growth

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition-focused roles
  • Proven track record of driving user/customer acquisition in a SaaS or digital product environment
  • Hands-on experience across multiple channels (paid social, paid search, SEO, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-first approach to decision-making and experimentation
  • Experience managing and growing teams in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
  • Deep knowledge of internet marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization
  • Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) model or subscription-based business preferred

 

Additional Details:

  • Location: Remote (US-based)
  • Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 base salary
