Our client, a venture-backed consumer subscription app at the forefront of sports data and betting research is hiring for a Head of User Acquisition to help them reach the next stage of growth. With over 39k paying subscribers, 150k+ monthly active users, and double-digit ARR growth, the company is now looking for a proven performance marketing leader to help drive the next stage of user acquisition and scale. This is a unique opportunity to own top-of-funnel growth in a product-led business with passionate users with lots of opportunities for growth.
This person will work closely with the founding and executive team and will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of user acquisition across paid social, YouTube, and programmatic affiliate networks. With the company focused on scaling paid acquisition efforts, this is a critical role in driving growth toward an eventual exit. The team is looking for someone who brings a mix of analytical rigor and creative intuition to help drive predictable, scalable growth, ideally with a strong background in consumer subscription apps.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy and execution of the user acquisition strategy across all channels, with a focus on paid social and programmatic.
- Ideate and test new channels, including CTV.
- Develop and iterate on creative strategy, source high-converting assets, launch performance tests, and use data to guide optimization.
- Manage and analyze performance across all paid efforts, building dashboards and reporting on key metrics.
- Lead media buying and budget management for ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
- Work with cross functional teams across marketing and product.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading paid acquisition at a B2C subscription app or consumer tech company.
- Proven success scaling spend across major acquisition channels, particularly within paid social.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in campaign reporting, attribution modeling, and MMP tools.
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate network partnerships.
Salary: $170-210k
