Our client, a technology-driven platform that connects brands with creators to produce high-performing visual content for digital channels is hiring for a Product Manager for their growing team. Known for powering influencer campaigns and user-generated content at scale, the company helps marketers drive engagement, authenticity, and performance across social, e-commerce, and paid media.
 
They are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager who has owned end to end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to launch. You should have experience working with cross functional teams, as well as working closely with users and customers to gather feedback to incorporate into future updates and launches.
 
This role is onsite 4 days p/w in Los Angeles
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap development to launch, iteration, and optimization.
  • Translate market trends, client needs, and data insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build high-performing ad products that improve targeting, optimization, and ROI.
  • Partner with sales, account management, and marketing to align product features with client and business objectives.
  • Define and analyze key product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and feature prioritization.
  • Lead discovery and validation of new ad tech opportunities including programmatic, measurement, and identity solutions.
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, privacy regulations, and emerging technologies (AI/ML, CTV, retail media, etc.).
  • Develop clear documentation, communicate updates to stakeholders, and manage competing priorities across the product roadmap.

 
Requirements:
 

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within ad tech, martech, or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems — including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, data management platforms, and programmatic workflows.
  • Experience managing technical products or APIs, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into successful product strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 
 
Salary: $100-120k
