Our client is a growing legal technologies company. They are now expending their operation to the US Market. We are looking for a Legal Solutions Architect with legal/law background (or deep understanding of it). This person needs to understanding of the challenges and pain points faced by legal departments. This individual will play a critical role in shaping AI-driven legal products by ensuring that they are perfectly aligned with the real-world needs of company's clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in legal operations, process improvement, and technology implementation within legal departments.

Responsibilities:

– Product-Market Fit: Work closely with the product development team to ensure that our AI solutions address the specific needs and challenges of legal departments.
– Pain Point Identification: Leverage deep knowledge of legal operations to identify key pain points that can be solved through AI and automation.
– Solution Design: Collaborate with the tech team to design and refine legal technology solutions that are practical, efficient, and user-friendly.
– Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback from legal professionals and ensuring that their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle.
– Process Optimization: Provide insights into how AI can streamline legal processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs for legal departments.
– Training and Support: Develop training materials and support resources to help clients successfully implement and use our products.
– Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to guide product development and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

– Extensive experience working within or closely with legal departments, particularly in roles focused on operations, process improvement, or technology adoption.
– Strong understanding of the legal industry’s unique challenges, including compliance, risk management, and cost control.
– Proven ability to translate legal department needs into actionable product requirements.
– Experience collaborating with technical teams to design and develop legal technology solutions.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between legal professionals and technologists.
– Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Bonus:
– Prior experience in a legal operations role or as a legal technology consultant.
– Familiarity with AI and automation tools used within legal departments.
– Demonstrated success in driving product adoption within legal departments.

Salary: $170,000 – $200,000K + Equity
