Key Client Manager

Our client, a high growth startup within the AI space is looking for a new business focused Key Client Manager to join their growing team. The company has recently launched a new product, integrating AI into the day to day work of real estate professionals, architects, furniture makers and designers and is looking for a talented sales lead to help bring their product to market. Our client is looking for a strong network within their target audience of customers, as well as an ability to run a full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. This will be a hunter role entirely focused on new business, and will be selling high value deals in excess of $100k (but could go as high as $500k and above). 

This will be a fully remote role, but should be based in or close by to a large metropolitan area. 


  • Identify and target potential clients within the real estate or interior design sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and build new relationships.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the Sales Manager.


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably within the real estate or interior design industries.
  • Strong network of contacts within the target industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
