Our lifestyle, retail client is seeking a /Director of Brand Marketing! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies to elevate the brand presence, drive brand awareness, and increase customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Creative to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand touchpoints.


• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that bring the brand to life and drive engagement across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and articulate the company’s brand ethos.

• Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling that resonate with our target audience.

• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brand assets, campaigns, advertisements, and digital content.

• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.

• Manage junior brand marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful brand strategies.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and sell ideas to internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
