The candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and driving business growth through proactive outreach and strategic networking. At Streetleaf, we do things a bit differently. A Day in the Life:

Research and qualify leads to assess interest and preparedness to engage with the company's solar streetlighting solutions.

Engage and nurture potential clients through diverse channels, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Update and manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Hubspot and Apollo.io.

Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to sales team on market insights, lead quality, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.

Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.

Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by occasionally attending conferences and networking events.

Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives.

Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

2+ years of proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or related roles required.

Understanding of sales processes, lead qualification methodologies, and CRM systems.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.

A deep desire to be part of creating something unique and who actively seeks opportunities and
proposes solutions.

Ability to comprehend complex problems and explain them in a simple and relevant way.

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
