Our client, a direct response marketing agency based in Los Angeles is hiring for a strategic Account Director to join their team. The Account Director leads the strategy and implementation of their clients' media investments, optimizing budgets and serving as the primary client contact to ensure seamless care and performance maximization. Responsibilities include reviewing campaign results, presenting ideas, and addressing challenges to enhance campaign success.
Responsibilities:
- Expand client relationships to retain revenue and pursue new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strategic leadership, working with strategy and creative teams.
- Manage client budgets and maximize ROAS with Junior Account Executives.
- Handle account management tasks, including solution creation and service management.
- Implement show tests and ensure compliance with client deliverables and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with Media Buyers to adjust media plans as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to meet goals and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in Direct Response campaign management, Media Buying, or Client Services
- Strong writing, project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Technical competence and proficiency in MS Office products
- Team player with leadership skills, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for Client Service
